More About Chef Paul Charron

Paul Charron is a Chef and Culinary Instructor in the Fraser Valley of B.C.

He grew up in the lower mainland, spending over 25 years, cooking and managing restaurants and businesses in the Whistler, Pemberton area.

Homiestyle was his personal Catering business that ran for over 10 years, catering Weddings and large functions as well as in house Chef dinners.

Japan, Colorado and Chicago are a few of the places he’s travelled to, cooking at special events including the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano for the National Ski Team.

Paul enjoys making pancakes and jamming on the drums and congas with his 7yr old son.
