My expertise is physical training adults who are over 50 years old. This includes reprogramming their minds and beliefs so that they can move like younger people.
I do this with a series of exercises from Pilates, power yoga, classical martial arts and standard fitness training. along with implementing small challenges with positive reinforcements.
You see, I left high school underweight, not very coordinated and a C average. Using techniques to overcome procrastination and change my behavior, I was able to gain muscle, learn martial arts, run full marathons and graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree. At age 40, I won a welter-weight kick-boxing championship. Later, I wrote seven books.
